About the restaurant-brewery "Petzold”
In the 19th April of 2012 MC "OFS" opened a "restaurant-brewery "Petzold" in EC "Riviera". It is a restaurant-brewery for 500 seats, two-tiered, with many cozy areas, with two banquet halls. In the center of the hall two-story bar in the form of a giant beer bottle is located. This giant beer bottle built in according to the prototype of the hall, where in 1909 the International exhibition in Kazan demonstrated class brewery O.E. Petzold. The restaurant named merchants and industrialists Petzold, who in 1867 initiated a major brewer in Kazan and founded the brewery "Eastern Bavaria." The restaurant is equipped with Austrian brewing equipment (one of the world's finest brewing equipment destined for restaurants), we brew four types of beer (no additives or preservatives, natural ingredients, specially in purified water) according to the old traditions of brewing. Restaurant cuisine is Austrian and Bavarian, a chef, Christian Gossak, from Austria. The restaurant focus on the guests middle and upper classes.
